Seminar “At the Crossroads of Generations: New Methods and New Approaches in Holocaust Education”

The Museum “Jews in Latvia” in cooperation with the Embassy of Israel in Latvia, the Embassy of Great Britain in Latvia, the Latvian Occupation Museum and the Žanis Lipke Memorial invites you to a further education seminar “At the Crossroads of Generations: New Methods and New Approaches to the Holocaust in Education”.

The seminar will take place on March 13, 2025 in Riga, from 11:00 to approximately 16:00 at Skolas Street 6, Riga Jewish Community House, at the Museum “Jews in Latvia”.

We invite history, social studies, cultural studies teachers, museum educators and other educational workers to participate.

The seminar is a training program coordinated by the Riga Municipality (program name “Latvian Jewish Cultural Heritage and Holocaust History in the Educational Process”), for participation in which employees of educational institutions will be able to receive certificates (8 qualification hours).
